Cathy managed to get tickets to go and see Feeder (for the second time this year!) at The Roundhouse last night. Brilliant! The venue is great, we had top seats, and Feeder were in top form. (It is a miracle of modern science that Taka remains upright throughout gigs - although that might be the judo...)
I've just got home from seeing Australia draw against Wales in Rugby Union at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff. Thanks to Glen and co. for the ride and the company.
I'd suggest that it wasn't the most skilfull game of Union I've ever seen, but then again, I was deducing some of the rules as the game went on, so I'm not sure that I'm actually qualified to tell how skilfull it actually was!
Speaking of photography, I've finally put up some of the photos I took in the Lake District back in September. Nothing too flash, as it was more of a family holiday than a photo trip, so there weren't many opportunities for me take my time setting up shots. (I'm nothing if not methodical.)
Should employers pay overtime for time spent dreaming about work-related problems, and the subsequent time spent -- in the early hours of the morning when you can't go back to sleep, because you're afraid you won't remember what you were dreaming about -- documenting your dreams?
(Yes, that's what I was dreaming about at 4.30 this morning when I woke up. It's a very, very sad state of affairs, I know...)
